Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with MADISON & WOOD. Returns are accepted within seven (15) days of delivery if the item is in its original, unused condition. Final sale, perishable, or custom-made goods are non-returnable. 

If you do not love your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from possession of your order. For in-store pickup orders, we will issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 15 day period, the item(s) become final sale.

Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, hosiery, sunglasses and adhesive bras are FINAL SALE. MADISON & WOOD has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to return your items to you.

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our Customer Care department at service@madisonandwood.com within 7 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 7 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.

Return Methods

By Mail

If you purchased the "Free Unlimited Return for Store Credit or Exchange" option at the original time of checkout for this order, there is no cost to ship your return back to us within the 15 day return window. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a prepaid shipping label through our returns &  exchanges portal at: https://madisonandwood.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login 

If you did not purchase this option with your order, you can use the same portal, but a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of your shipping label. Purchasing re:do with a FINAL SALE item does not make the item eligible for a return.

When we receive your return, you will receive an email to the email address associated with the original order including the gift card and details of the transaction. Please allow up to 14 business days for MADISON & WOOD to receive and process your return. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you would like to avoid MADISON & WOOD’s return shipping charge or are located outside of the U.S., you may send your package back on your own via an insured/trackable method to: MADISON & WOOD Returns, 2308 2nd Ave E, Suite 200, Oneonta, AL 35121. Please be sure to include the order number and email address for the store credit to be issued to you within the package.

Exchanges 

For exchanges of the same or different item, please visit our returns and exchanges portal. This portal will allow you to select a new size or color of your original item or a different item and pay the difference (if there is any).  We will ship out the newly selected item once the return package shows movement using the prepaid return label.  You will receive a new email with the tracking number for your exchange when it is shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MADISON & WOOD is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been accepted and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to MADISON & WOOD due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package may be subject to return shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Due to our commitment to processing orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests once an order has been submitted. All orders are considered final upon placement and cannot be canceled, modified, or changed; therefore, please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
